Pay Fees Online

The Town Clerk's office is pleased to announce a new service to the residents of Medfield. You are now able to pay the fee for your Birth, Death, and Marriage Certificates as well as Dog Licenses online using UniPay.  

You may use two different forms of payment:

1. Debit from your checking account: Effective March 2, 2021, there will be a $0.50 fee per cart.
2. Credit card payment. The processing bank does charge a fee for processing credit card payments.
