On September 13, 2022, the Board of Selectmen approved the application for a New or Renovated/Addition Elementary School from the Medfield School Committee. This allows the process to form a new School Building Committee.

Membership on the School Building Committee will be sustained throughout the duration of the project. 

The filing of this form does not guarantee an appointment. Being appointed to this committee means that I am considered a Municipal Employee under MGL Chapter 268A and thereby subject to the Conflict of Interest Law MGL Chapter 268A, Financial Disclosure Law MGL Chapter 268B, as well as the Open Meeting Law MGL Chapter 39: Section 23B. Appointed individuals will be required to take a conflict of interest test after being appointed, and be sworn in by the Town Clerk. Once this form is submitted it becomes a public document. If there is information you do not want public, please do not include it on this form.
