Planning Board

The Medfield Planning Board came into existence in 1924 and was established under Chapter 41 of the Massachusetts General Laws in 1951.

Sign Advisory Board

The Sign Advisory Board reviews and makes a recommendation on sign permit applications and review the sign bylaw.

Zoning Board of Appeals

The Board of Appeals for Zoning (ZBA), as defined by Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, consists of three members and three associate members, who participate in hearings if regular members are absent.
