The Medfield Board of Assessors announces it has completed its state-mandated Revaluation (5-year Recertification) of all properties for Fiscal Year 2025. The Bureau of Local Assessment of the Massachusetts Department of Revenue has issued Preliminary Certification to the Town and has authorized public disclosure of the new assessments. As a part of the Department of Revenue’s public disclosure requirements, the new Fiscal Year 2025 assessments are available for review by the public beginning on Monday, September 23 through Monday, September 30, 2024. Report listings will be in hard copy at the Assessor’s office, on the first floor of the Townhouse.
