To qualify for the unit, applicants must meet income and asset guidelines and must submit a complete, signed application with all required documentation prior to the application deadline. Maximum Income includes gross annual income from all sources for all adult (18 years or older) members of the household. Rents listed do not include utilities, which will be paid by the tenant. The unit is not subsidized. Applicants must have income sufficient to pay rent and utilities or have a rental subsidy that will assist with rent.
The unit is available to qualified applicants on a "first-come, first served" basis; applications will be accepted in the order received until there is a qualified tenant for the unit.
