Public Feedback
The Medfield State Hospital Development Committee (MSHDC) welcomes public feedback on the two proposals received for the redevelopment of the Medfield State Hospital. Please use the form at this link to submit to the MSHDC any comments you wish to be considered regarding the redevelopment proposals. The deadline to submit comments is September 3, 2021.
In addition, the MSHDC will be conducting public interviews with the two firms that submitted proposals. Trinity Acquisitions LLC will be interviewed Monday, August 23 at 7 pm. Pulte Homes of New England LLC will be interviewed Thursday, August 26 at 7 pm. If you would like to suggest a question for the MSHDC to ask, please submit questions using the same form as the comments. Please be advised that all questions will be considered by MSHDC, but not all submitted questions may be asked during the interviews. The deadline to submit questions is August 23, 2021 at 12 pm.

Interview Schedule
- Trinity Acquisitions LLC will be interviewed on Monday, August 23 at 7 pm.
- Pulte Homes of New England LLC will be interviewed on Thursday, August 26 at 7 pm.
The interviews are scheduled to take approximately an hour and half and will consist of: presentation by each firm, questions from the Development Committee, questions from groups such as the Medfield Historic District Commission, Cultural Alliance of Medfield, and others, and questions from the public.
Both interviews will be held on Zoom and may be viewed by the public – information on how to access the meeting via Zoom will be available on the Town website and can be found below.
