The Municipal Comment Letter to the State was due on December 27, 2024.
On November 14, 2025, Medfield Limited Partnership applied for a Comprehensive permit to build a 45-unit rental complex for seniors on land at 30 Pound St. The same lot contains Tilden Village, and is owned by the Medfield Housing Authority. The first hearing for this project will be held on December 4, 2025 at 6 pm via Zoom. The agenda will be posted under the Zoning Board page in the Agenda Center.
