In the fall of 2009, the Board of Selectmen appointed five members to the newly created State Hospital Environmental Review Committee commonly referred to as SHERC. This committee was charged with reviewing and advising the Board of Selectmen on the environmental issues and clean up proposed at the Medfield State Hospital.
Members
The members include three Licensed Site Professionals (LSP), a member appointed by the Board of Health, and a member appointed by the Conservation Commission.
