03/03/25 UPDATE: The Town has received a 40B application as of 02/28/25. The Applicant has waived the requirement to open a hearing within 30 days of submission. Instead, the Applicant and the Town have agreed to hold the first hearing on April 2, 2025, at 6:00 PM.

12/12/24 UPDATE: MassHousing has issued a Project Eligibility Letter, which is valid for two years. Please click here to review the document.
The Town must submit any comments to MassHousing by Wednesday, October 30, 2024. MassHousing has 90 days from the date they received the application to make a decision on approving or denying the project.

MassHousing’s review involves an evaluation of the site, the design concept, the financial feasibility of the proposal, and the appropriateness of the proposal in relation to local housing needs and strategies. As part of MassHousing's review, they are soliciting comments from the local community, and would appreciate your input. You also may wish to include in your response, issues or concerns raised by other Local Boards, officials, or other interested parties.
