May 2025 - Public Safety - Basketball Court Reconstruction Project

This project started in the fall of 2024, and was recently completed just before Memorial day. The basketball court just behind the Public Safety building. The court had several full depth cracks, and the surfacing was almost completely delaminated. The project was to rebuild the court from bottom-up. The old asphalt and subgrade were removed and replaced, and the entire court area was resurfaced. The project included new fixed height hoops. The existing fence was kept as it was still in great shape and able to be reused.
